Touching base after some radio silence. Sorry about that.

Your account has been credited with $24, meaning you won't be charged for the next two months of Sonya Supposedly subscription. I missed December happy mail, which I feel badly about. January happy mail is still coming, though indubitably it'll arrive in February (and then February's missive will come in March, and so on, ugh what else is new).

Overall I don't think that I've delivered your rightful perks over the past month+ and that didn't sit right with me. I hope this move evens things out. Giving you credit is logistically simpler for me than doing a bunch of refunds, but if any of you wants a refund I'm happy to process it individually, just shoot me an email.
